Values & Approach
Evidence-based
Every programme is grounded in clinical psychology, CBT, ACT, neuroscience and nutritional science, not trends or quick fixes. Sarah translates research into practical, real-world strategies your people can trust and apply with confidence.
Whole person
Wellbeing doesn’t sit in silos. Mental health, energy, hormones, sleep, relationships and workload all interact. Sarah joins the dots, supporting the whole person so lasting change happens naturally, not temporarily, helping people feel better both at work and at home.
Rehabilitative
Support should prevent problems where possible and step in early when challenges arise. Sarah combines proactive education with targeted, rehabilitative support, helping people recover faster and build resilience for the future.
Compassionate
Clinical expertise doesn’t mean clinical delivery. Sessions are warm, human and judgement-free, with no jargon or diet culture. Just clear, practical tools people can use straight away, delivered in a way that helps people feel safe, heard and supported.
Sarah's Journey
From lived experience to professional practice with understanding
For many years, Sarah poured herself into her work and family, leaving very little time or energy for herself. Like many of the people she now supports, she pushed through stress, ignored the warning signs and normalised exhaustion as simply part of everyday life.
When perimenopause arrived, it amplified everything, disrupted sleep, heightened anxiety, brain fog and fluctuating mood. Despite over two decades working in mental health as a CBT therapist, and years supporting others with behaviour change, nutrition and wellbeing, she still found herself needing to unlearn perfectionism, hustle culture and the belief that rest meant failure.
That experience reshaped how she works. It deepened her understanding that knowledge alone doesn’t protect people from burnout if the systems around them don’t support health. That mental health, nutrition, sleep and hormones are inseparable. And that menopause and midlife change must be recognised as part of any serious workplace wellbeing strategy.
Today, Sarah brings together her clinical CBT expertise, nutrition coaching and lived experience in every workshop, clinic and keynote she delivers, combining science with compassion to create support that is grounded, practical and built for real life.
