Hi, my name is Sarah Lacey and I help busy women lose weight and feel great in their body within 90 days, without strict diets or yo-yo effect!
I’m also a busy wife and a mum to a three year old and five year old. I am an Accredited NHS Psychotherapist and online Counsellor. With Nourish & Nurture I combine psychological coaching with practical nutrition coaching, I help you to change your relationship with food, fitness, and your body, so you never have to diet again.
As a Level 4 Nutrition Coach and BABCP Accredited CBT Practitioner I specialise in habit and behaviour change, healthy mindset, and combating self-sabotage in relation to nutrition goals, self-esteem and stress management. Unlike many Nutrition coaches, my support goes far beyond weight management and I have the qualifications and experience to provide a specialised, individualised service to help you achieve your goals!
