Thriving Minds

A four-week Emotional Intelligence programme for managers and team leaders

Managers are often the first to notice when someone is struggling, and the last to be trained for it. Thriving Minds gives them the self-awareness, steadiness and language to lead well under pressure.

Across four weekly sessions, your managers build practical skills drawn from CBT, Emotional Efficacy Training (EET) and Polyvagal-informed practice. Each week builds on the last, moving from self-awareness and emotional regulation to social intelligence and mindset, so the learning turns into habits that stick.

Thriving Minds pairs well with Thrive in 5, the five-week wellbeing series for the wider team, so everyone shares the same tools.
